Vintage 60's MID Century Danish Modern Lucite Huge 22 Hanging Swag Light Retro

  

This vintage mid-century modern swag lamp is a unique addition to any indoor space. Measuring at a very large 22 inches in height and with a 16-inch diameter, it features a geometric tripod paneled shade shape made of smoke translucent black lucite panels, and chrome finished metal. The mounting arms are made of wood.

The light was completely rewired with a new swaging chain and cord, along with new sockets and is operated with a rotary switch attached to the cord. This original 1960s piece is perfect for any occasion and adds a pronounced touch of retro Danish style to your home. It is a hanging swag lamp that can be installed easily in any room, simply hang in desired location and plug in. CONDITION- The light is in beautiful condition considering the age.

There are some scrapes/scratches in the lucite panels and some scuffs at the bottom of the panel corners. The metal components are overall in very nice condition yet. The wood arms look nice as well, some slight age separation on one of the wood arms but is superficial. Please view all photos using zoom for best description of the condition. The light is over 60 years old so there are imperfections as you would expect but for the most part very nice considering the age. NOTE- The 3 large white bulbs are include with the light.
